With more than a decade of experience in healthcare administration and practice operations, Courtney is passionate about creating a healthcare experience that feels personal, simple, and genuinely patient-focused. She helps keep Thryve running smoothly behind the scenes while supporting the team and the patients they serve.

Originally from Texas, Courtney has called Colorado Springs home since 2021. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, getting outdoors whenever she can, traveling, wandering through a good bookstore, discovering local coffee shops, and exploring all the places that make Colorado feel like home.
